Day 2... travel

Well... technically... this is the beginning of day 3. But... didn't put anything up yesterday now did I?

Well... it was travel. Not sure how I did on calories... probably ranged between 1500 to 2000... it was a higher day.

I'm gonna go swimming today... I'll update again later. Adios.

Day 1

OK... so... here goes. Day 1. Hopefully I'll keep up with this. I'm only posting pictures of me once a week, and hopefully by the end have a nice montage I can put together.

I'm tired right now... but... just died my hair. Yippee!! So... I have a set of "rules" I guess that I'm going to be going with.

Well... mostly, I'm just eating healthier. That's my goal. Weight loss... definately. But... I want to eat healthier. I am staying within a certain calorie limit, but my primary goal with this limit is to just teach myself how much I should or shouldn't eat so that later on in life I don't even have to think about it... I can just do it, and everything can be normal. Y'see... I'm 17. I don't want to spend the rest of my life obsessing over everything I eat. I want to enjoy life. And that means I have to get thinner... but not to the point where I have to stay within a certain calorie limit in order to do so. No way. That's not enjoying life. That's obsessing over being thin. So... pretty much what my primary goal (I have other goals within it) is to teach myself how to actually eat food, and know how much I can eat for this and that, and to train my body, and to eventually not even think about it, but know what to do and how to do it. It'll take a while... yes. But... it should work. :)

Ok... I have my first pictures. This is the start. Weight is 215 lbs. First goal is to get down to 199 by Thanksgiving. I can do it... I know I can. :)
